No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific revenue results, lead generation volume, growth metrics, rankings, or performance outcomes. Marketing and business results depend on external variables beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RizeScale Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for services rendered.
Dispute Resolution
As a remote international company serving global clients, disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
Refund Policy
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, and custom strategy services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes strategy development, content creation, campaign setup, consulting sessions, and digital deliverables.
Monthly Retainers
For recurring monthly services, written cancellation notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for active billing periods.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate payment or failure to deliver services as contractually agreed.

Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing according to the agreed notice period. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
